Description:

Our Sunday Drop In Sessions are designed to sharpen the players overall skill set. These sessions last 90 minutes and are prefaced by Athletic Development / Dynamic Warm Up and end with Movement / Stretching. The on court session is composed of drills and concepts that incorporate Ball Handling, Passing, Finishing, Driving, Shooting, Rebounding, Defence, Moving without the Ball, 2 and 3 Man Game into dynamic and game like drills while teaching teamwork, communication and of course getting outside your comfort zone. The sessions are progressive but not necessarily build of each other, however the more you attend the better your game will get. These sessions have been helping players get better for the last eight (8) years.

July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd, July 29th, Aug 12th, Aug 19th, Aug 26th

Grades 3-5: 9:00AM to 10:30AM

Grades 6-8: 10:00AM to 11:30AM

Grades 9-12: 11:00AM to 12:30PM

Location: Niagara College, Welland Campus (100 Niagara College Blvd, Welland Ontario L3C 7L3)
